Delivery process after you order a product:
1. Order products on the website. Our customer service will inform you of the approximate delivery time and product quality, and further confirm with you.
2. After confirming your agreement to send the product, we will ship it from the United States. We will send it from the port in the United States to the warehouse in Dubai, and then the Dubai warehouse will deliver it locally. It takes about 7-10 days for products to arrive from the United States to Dubai. Local delivery time is approximately 2-3 days. The whole process takes about 10-20 days. Depending on the province, the delivery time will fluctuate. PS: If you order a customized product, the time will be extended by another 5-10 days.
3. If you are satisfied with the product after receiving it, you can pay. If you feel that the product quality is not satisfactory, you can also choose to refuse to sign for it, which means you do not need to pay any penny.
